Syrian Opposition Leader: Tehran the ’Main Obstacle’ To Peace Deal

International news agencies reported that the lead negotiator for the Syrian opposition at peace talks in Geneva has singled out Iran as the biggest obstacle to settling the conflict in Syria.
Nasr al-Hariri, lead negotiator for Syria’s main opposition group, the High Negotiations Committee told reporters on February 23 that violations to a cease-fire brokered by Russia and Turkey have continued across the country, mainly because of Iran-backed militia fighting alongside the Syrian government
